Our core business is the manufacture and distribution of Cold Rolled Steel Profiles to a variety of industry sectors, generally from pre-slit steel coil or blanks.

We have the ability to operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to satisfy client demand.

Our operations currently consist of 14 Manufacturing lines with 2 further lines arriving 2007. Three lines have been refurbished with the latest roll form technology / handling equipment and the latest new line has been designed and built to our own specification, one of only two of its kind in Europe.

We design all of our own roll tooling using Copra design software and extend this facility to all of our clients. This facility links directly to our CNC Roll turning machines and associated ancillary equipment.

We operate a dedicated transport fleet to all parts of the UK and Europe.

Our business holds full BS EN ISO 2001:2000 accreditation and works internally within a rigid health and safety policy.

• General - we are able to support our customers with engineering advice on design and structural decisions in relation to the use of all our steel sections.

• Construction –we offer an engineering support service in respect of our light steel framing & floor beam systems.

• Mezzanine – we are able to supply software to calculate beam requirements for our Techspan system.

• Testing – when required we’re able to undertake application specific testing on behalf of customers.
